Scope

- support, development and implementation of Health Technology Full Assessment system  to make science-based decisions on financing of medical technologies to improve quality and availability of medical care in the Russian Federation;

- facilitating training of specialists engaged in scientific research of Health Technology Assessment, as well as assistance in creating system for training Health Technology Assessment specialists;

- Facilitating to shape public opinion on topical issues in development of Health Technology Assessment System through active informed cooperation with the media and other organizations;
